Obama Duo Kim Jong Un

Mời vui cuối tuần

Crowds in the Hongdae area in Seoul were treated to a surprise duet unlike anything that has been seen before.
There, on stage, was the "leader of the free world", US President Barack Obama, alongside the reclusive North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un.

Of course, it was not actually President Obama and Kim Jong-Un, but two lookalikes who were there shooting a promotional video by Pandora TV for 'eNuri', an online electronics store, reported Korean entertainment website allkpop.
In the video, the Obama lookalike was first escorted to a small performance area, where he began plucking away at his guitar.
He then invited the Kim impersonator to join him on stage, who promptly sat down next to Obama in front of a drum.
The duo then combined to belt out a rendition of the power ballad "All By Myself", originally by Eric Carmen but perhaps most famously covered by Canadian star Celine Dion.

After the performance, the two wave and shake hands with their fans, before a small scene of Kim sending Obama off in a taxi. The video comes shortly after photographs of the pair at various iconic sites in Los Angeles, California were posted on a number of online news and entertainment websites. Since it was posted on Pandora TV's Facebook page on Apr 15, the video has gone viral with over 1.6 million views in less than a day. According to allkpop, viewers have given positive feedback to the marketing stunt for its out-of-the-box idea of bringing the two controversial figures together. seanyap@sph.com.sg
